Things I do.

Digital Marketing. Content. Words.

01 — Blog content

Blogs are the boss! Well, for websites anyway. They help do all sorts of good things for your reputation in Google and they also provide for some interesting reading for those who stop by your website. Blogs can be pretty awesome for building your influence as a expert/leader in your field too.

Whether you know exactly what you want or don’t even know where to begin - I can help.

02 — Website copywriting

Website copy has a lot weighing on its shoulders. It has to have the right message, encourage people to take an action, provide enough information so visitors know what you offer but not too much that it’s confusing. It certainly is a balancing act - and one I know how to tackle with a fresh, unique approach that will say everything you want to without the waffle. I can also incorporate SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) so Google likes your website too.

03 — Inbound marketing

Imagine if - instead of having to go out and find customers, they came to you! Inbound marketing is all about lead generation and it’s a fabulous way of taking people through a nurturing sales funnel that will turn them from strangers to clients, all using automation. From landing pages to eBooks and emails, there’s almost nothing I like more than crafting creative marketing content.

04 — Social media

‘Sosh Med’ is not just fun and games anymore - it’s where your business needs to be if you want to connect to your target audience. But simply posting is no longer enough, because anyone can do that. It needs to cut through the noise, stand out and believe it or not, you aren’t on there to sell. You’re on there to build a brand and interact with loyal followers, because once someone trusts your business, they are more likely to buy from you. If this is just another thing on your ‘to-do’ list, let me know. I can also help with Linkedin profiles to ensure you don’t sell yourself short when it comes to your experience and skill set.

05 — SEO

SEO. Mentioned above in regards to your website copywriting - but also important enough to talk about on its own. See, you can’t just stuff your online presence with certain keywords anymore (that is so early 2000’s.) It needs to be used in the right way, in the right place, while still making sense overall!

06 — Email marketing

Email newsletters aren’t dead! In fact, they are still a very important tool to connect with your customers - building brand, keeping your business top of mind and uncovering new leads. They just need to provide value for whoever’s inbox they arrive in. Take this often ‘shoved to the bottom of the list’ task and let me help you keep it delivered on-time as a relatively inexpensive marketing avenue.

06 — Print content

Print! There’s just something about holding physical marketing material in your hand. These days it’s so uncommon, making it right up there with the excitment of getting a letter in the post. But when you’re limited with space and design, you need to ensure the words used are the best ones for the job! I love the challenge of this often tricky task.

07 — What have I missed?

Does it need words? I can do it.

Well that’s enough about me.

Let’s talk about you!
